About this event
The Volunteer Passport is a Slough initiative, which offers a series of 4 FREE short training modules, exploring the key areas all volunteers need to successfully volunteer with charities and groups. These modules give you the basic skills, awareness, confidence, and knowledge required to volunteer.
On completion of all 4 modules, you will be awarded a Volunteer Passport certificate, which enables you to start your volunteering journey and will enhance your career path.
Course dates:
- Saturday 23rd September 2023 - Adult Safeguarding - 10-12pm
- Saturday 23rd September 2023- Communication Skills - 1-3pm
- Friday 29th September 2023- Safeguarding Children - 10-12pm
- Saturday 30th September 2023 - Equality and Diversity - 10-12pm
- Saturday 30th September 2023 - Boundaries and Confidentiality - 1-3pm
