Impact – making a difference

The manager was very open to addressing the recommendations. An extensive action plan has been put in place with several of our recommendations implemented immediately.

We visited Windmill Care Centre in 2024 and, we returned in May 2025 to see how they had responded to our recommendations. This updated report shows how these recommendations have been acted upon to improve the lives of residents.
